Make a list of all your best personal qualities (Write at least 50 things).

Do you love yourself? Why, or why not?

How can you improve on self-love?

Focus on your self-talk. Do you speak to yourself positively or negatively? Make notes each time you notice that you are speaking positively or negatively to yourself.

Ask friends and family if they think your self-image is positive or negative.

List several ways in which you can add value to yourself.
